Harley Queen

Greetings Gremlins!^_^

Excuse the leave of absence, but after passing my exams, two awesome shoots, the Mizkreant needed to relax and so I spent some time with my friends in the capital, just us girls the Mizkreant and PureHate ☆_☆

But since 7DeadlySins was so fresh, I forgot to elaborate on another shoot that I am very proud to have been a part of- you might remember me rumbling about a shoot with custom made choppers.

(c) Mitja Derenda

It was so damn epic! Not to mention my girl Tina Saražin was there,  and we had a wild journey to Trojane, where we met up with Mitja Derenda, and the other models to meet the bikes, locations, buggies and planes!

There were several photographers, personally I worked with four new photographers, whose work shall not be revealed yet, since this was made for an exibition, and well, really, why would we spoil your surprise?

I will soon reveal the date and location of fhe exhibition, of course.

But untill then, enjoy these teasers, and let me tell you, on this shoot, against all the heat and leather and sweat, I truly did feel, like the Harley Queen.
All I was missing was a tiara xD

The Girl Behind The Lens: Jasmina Lozar

Greetings Gremlins!

Since stuff has been hectic up until now in my life, it is really nice to get a day like this, where I get to chill, and rest my exhausted mind, and not to mention body. ×_× /all of my muscles are sore and this makes me grumpy okay?/
Off pistè, just a bit.
Today I thought about a special woman, who I know is right now working like an animal- Jasmina Lozar.

https://www.facebook.com/lozarjasmina

And since she is being a doll, working on so many projects, I thought I should tell you a thing or two about the girl behind the lens.

We have met way back on xFactor, I doubt she even remembers it, but for a then 17 year old me, I was completely awestruck by this girls talent, which extends far from just photography, cause let me tell you, girl got pipes!

It wasn't until sometime later,/khmtwoyears/ that I got to actually work with her, as a model. I remember the preparations to this day, cutting up the finishing touches on sleeves up to the very last second xD

We worked on a set of portraits, and even if the shoot was short, I remember how awesome it felt working with someone so willspirited, who didn't mind having a shoot in the open street and just winging it!

You can check out the full album Here

Before we next worked together,  the girl flew off to Portugal,  continued to work on her concert photography touring festival to festival-she is unstoppable I tell you!

And as I mentioned concert photography, I should probably also thank her for snapping a shot of me at an Overtures concert a while back, and well I'm glad I have such a memorable moment captured...

But this summer, we got together again, first working on an fairie/demon shoot in the woods,  which again, turned out spectacular! I seriously can't over stress how great it is collaborating with her, her personality makes it almost impossible to have bad attitude on set, and somehow, with her, work gets done faster than time flies,.. and there is always so many ideas for more, thatwe sooner run out of memory cards. XD

And now we have worked on my baby, 7DeadlySins together, and again, I torture her with hours and GB of pictures,  poking at her impatiently.. xD poor girl. Props for putting up with the Mizkreant.

So I promised you pics and  Here they are.

But lets all be patient, and while she is burried in work, lets show her some love.

Attitude on set: A+
Proffesional approach: ten golden stars
Creeper vibe?: LOLOMFGNO she is awesome
End result satisfaction ratio: 100%.
Her work is timeless.
And she is a badass.
Up for batshit crazy shit for good shot? Always.

The Mizkreant.

7DeadlySins Completed!

Greetings Gremlins!^^

Woah, was yesterday a roller-coaster! But against all odds, and all complications that came along the way, everything worked out perfect and I couldn't be more proud and grateful for everyone's effort and pulling trough in the end, resulting in an awesome project and I can say for myself, I had a blast!
We started gathering at 3 pm in Štanjel, and so the process started! While we waited for people, the ones already there were thrown into styling, hair & make-up!

With the help of myself, the gorgeous Flaš InWonderland, and everyone's detailed efforts, we dressed 14 models!
The fabulously talented Fleš InWonderland!

Tina Sarazin showing us some flesh, ;)

Needless to say, make-up was also a project with this many people, and I got to thank the gorgeous Ani Aisling Pustišek, for making my girls gorgeous, and helping me embody my vision! Here I also got to mention another talented artist, who helped out with the guys faces!

Alex Dorian Ripper, our sloth, getting pissed at not having anything to do xD

Needless to say, when models waited to get sorted, everyone got to know each other, and I can honestly say that the team was amazing, (also at calming the 'Boss-Lady' down, as she was dealing with now non-important drama), and even if they had to wait to get into hair and makeup, the models really got along and the shoot actually kinda turned into a dress-up party!

And not to forget to mention the DO-IT fella, our fab hairstylist, who despite being like this when I approached him about helping with the hair, saying OMGNOWHYME?!,

Alex Djuran, did a fabulous job following my shabby instructions, and made everyone's hair on point!

And about five-ish hours later, when all the preparations were complete, and everyone showed up, (with special thanks to Tjaša Vendramin, jumping in at the last second and saving the day!), all we could say was sayonara, and get shooting!

When we started working, I couldn't be more proud of the models, which some of them were rookies at, and I must say that they followed the artistic vision to the tee- people got in character even behind the scenes!
Also check out Daseemay (the assistant photographer) on Instagram!
Well, for now, this shall be all I will share with you, Gremlins! We are all anticipating the final shots, which you shall see after I get them, and believe me, there are no words which can describe how much I look forward to seeing the final results.

Seven Deadly Sins Photoshoot

Greetings Gremlins!

I am so genuinely excited to share this news with you. I am the art director, model, supervising makeup artist and stylist for one of the biggest alternative projects in my country so far.

wanna check out the beast who created this pretty?

I can not spill all the deeds, because well, if I would, you wouldn't have anything to look forward to. But with all the effort and nerves it took to organize this, I really do hope it pays off and I will soon show you some bad-ass pictures of a fairy tale told a long time ago... of the seven sins scouring the earth, corrupting your darling little souls with lust, pride, gluttony and so much more.

Are you ready to get possessed? Cause I sure am ready to go wrathful.

see you on the other side

Everything has a start.

Hello Gremlins ^^

So If you haven't read the intro, I go by Nana Higuchi, and Mizkreant Incarnante is sort of a motto, an enigma that inspires.

This shall be short, as I don't appreciate long and boring introductions.

I model, do makeup, fashion, and basically I have dedicated my life to art, and this blog, shall be the recording of the aesthetic journey of a lost soul exploring the darker aesthetic pleasures.

The posts I imagine will vary from DIY posts, to tutorials on makeup looks, to picture posts of my latest work, and maybe, sometimes, I might surprise you with a new tattoo or a poem.
So there you have it, I guess this is how the journey begins. Let's see where it takes us :D
